Experience
Oversee the final selection and enrollment process for learners at BRAC Institute of Skills Development.
Coordinate promotional and marketing initiatives to support and enhance learner recruitment efforts.
Ensure timely collection of admission fees and confirm that all outstanding payments are cleared before issuing certificates.
Monitor learner attendance consistently, minimize dropouts, and support learners to graduate on schedule.
Supervise daily field-level operations and activities.
Compile and submit monthly or quarterly reports as required by the project.
Ensure the protection of all team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, aligning with the program’s safeguarding goals.
Serve as a primary resource for support, guidance, and expertise in promoting a safe and respectful working environment.
Actively uphold, advocate for, and implement the organization's safeguarding policies in all aspects of work.
Adhere to the established safeguarding reporting procedures for any incidents, and encourage others to report concerns as well.
