Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new brands/buyers for lingerie, bras, panties, and briefs products.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to understand and meet brand buyer's specifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from order placement to delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with brand buyers to ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality production.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
