We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Marketing & Visa Counselor to assist clients with visa processing while supporting business development and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Counsel clients on Schengen and Asian country visa application processes and requirements.

✔ Communicate professionally with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.

✔ Conduct market research to identify potential client segments and business opportunities.

✔ Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand awareness activities.

✔ Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, application processing, and client support.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and excellent customer service.

✔ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.

✔ Assist in achieving monthly sales and marketing targets.

✔ Contribute to improving the company's brand visibility and overall business growth.

✔ Perform any other marketing, counseling, or client service responsibilities assigned by management.
