Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a recruiting or travel agency.
Proficiency in both English and Bengali.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the recruitment sector for Saudi Arabia or other countries.
Ability to understand client needs and build strong engagement with customers.
Capability to work under pressure under the supervision of experienced supervisors.
Willingness to engage in telemarketing via Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Must have a professional appearance and a proactive, challenge-ready attitude.
Self-motivated, dedicated, sincere, and eager to learn and perform.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet browsing).
Conduct phone marketing with clients regarding work visas for Saudi Arabia.
Provide clients with necessary information and assist them in the process of going abroad.
