Conduct daily customer visits and follow-ups to maintain strong engagement and achieve consistent sales conversion.

Maintain an organized database of tenants, partners, and promotional activities.
Act as the first point of contact for shopper inquiries, complaints, and feedback — both on-site and online.
Deliver prompt, polite, and professional service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor malls and report key marketing and promotional trends.
Demonstrate strong sales ambition, proactive initiative, and a results-driven working approach.
