Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to join our Agro Care division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting our innovative agricultural products with the farming community. This position is responsible for driving territory growth, managing distributors, and conducting field demonstrations to ensure effective market penetration.
Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Identify and develop new market segments and geographic territories for the agro-product portfolio.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, retailers, and large-scale farmers.

Field Demonstrations: Plan and conduct field days, seminars, and demonstration trials to showcase product performance and benefits.

Brand Positioning: Execute local marketing initiatives and ensure effective point-of-sale branding and visibility.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and crop patterns, and provide actionable market insights to management.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues.

Technical Support: Provide basic technical guidance to farmers in consultation with registered professionals or authorized experts.
