Educational Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s/Honors degree (All courses completed except Internship).
  • Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
Additional Requirements :
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel anywhere within Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context

As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting research, and managing communication efforts. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop core marketing skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the marketing team in creating and executing campaigns.
  • Conduct surveys through fieldwork to gather insights and identify opportunities.
  • Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, and leaflets.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
  • Work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the marketing department.
  • A Mindset to achieve the target assigned by the superior.
