  • Age requirement: 20 to 45 years
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Real Estate Marketing and Sales
  • Prior experience in selling or marketing luxury apartments, premium housing projects, or land development projects will be highly preferred
  • Proven ability to handle high-profile clients, corporate customers, investors, and premium customer segments
  • Strong understanding of the Bangladesh real estate market, including trends in luxury residential and land development sectors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills in both Bangla and English
  • Previous working experience in premium locations such as Jolshiri, Bashundhara, and POHS luxury apartment projects will be considered an added advantage
  • Smart, confident, professionally groomed, and customer-focused personality
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage sales pressure, and achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media promotions, online lead generation, and property marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/customer management software
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and support overall business development activities
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, property site visits, networking events, and promotional campaigns when required
  • Personal or professional network within corporate, business, or investment communities will be considered a strong advantage

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive business growth for luxury residential and land development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in real estate marketing, client relationship management, digital marketing, and high-value sales operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies to promote premium residential and land development projects
  • Identify and generate potential buyers, investors, expatriate clients, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and business development activities
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with investors, corporate executives, overseas clients, and premium customer segments
  • Conduct professional client meetings, property consultations, project presentations, and site visits while ensuring exceptional customer service standards
  • Lead all sales and marketing operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets set by management
  • Plan, supervise, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook marketing, Google Ads, social media promotions, and online lead generation activities
  • Ensure strong brand positioning and corporate branding across advertisements, brochures, promotional materials, and all digital marketing channels
  • Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, architectural, design, and management teams to ensure smooth client handling and successful project closures
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, investment opportunities, customer behavior, and pricing strategies
  • Organize property exhibitions, corporate events, networking programs, and promotional campaigns to increase company visibility and attract premium clients
  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation, client communications, CRM updates, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports, marketing performance analysis, revenue forecasts, and strategic business recommendations for senior management
  • Ensure excellent after-sales support, customer satisfaction, and long-term brand loyalty
  • Represent the company professionally at business meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and corporate engagements
  • Continuously explore innovative marketing approaches and new business opportunities to support organizational growth and market expansion
