The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, attracting clients and candidates, and effectively promoting overseas job opportunities and travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote job opportunities and recruitment services
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive communication style with clients
• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the recruitment network
• Recruit, train, and onboard agents to support business growth
• Maintain and regularly update databases of clients, leads, and agents for tracking and follow-up
• Coordinate with social media, design, and printing teams to ensure effective promotion of job circulars
• Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure successful recruitment and placement outcomes
• Monitor daily activities, including call performance, lead generation, and agent productivity
