Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage sales, distribution, and business development across multiple markets.
  • Conduct daily outlet visits and monitor dealer activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management.
  • Provide daily updates and reports to the respective manager.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
  • Engage in 90% fieldwork, focusing on dealer management and relationship building.
  • Ensure sales and services of organic fertilizers in designated areas, including field crops, horticulture, nurseries, tea gardens, and corporate clients.
  • Analyze market competition and prepare sales reports as needed.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
