Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for apartment sales.
Identify and engage potential buyers and investors through networking, calls, online inquiries, and site visits.
Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties, pricing, payment schedules, and financing options.
Handle client queries, negotiations, and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research, analyzing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Offer insights and recommendations on pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, bookings, and deal progress.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.
Provide guidance and support to junior sales executives as needed.
Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase properties and explain project features.
