Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan and manage the sales operations within the designated region.
  • Achieve set sales objectives provided by management while driving consistent growth.
  • Gather ongoing market insights to stay informed about the territory’s dynamics.
  • Ensure effective credit management to maximize sales performance.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring swift and efficient resolution.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with veterinary professionals, artificial insemination specialists, traders, and end-users to increase market share.
  • Monitor competitor product offerings and ensure transparent communication between customers and management.
  • Resolve all sales-related concerns by collaborating with the relevant stakeholders as needed.
