Educational Qualifications:

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture or related fields.
  • Diploma in Agriculture from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, or Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Result-oriented and customer-focused
  • Expertise in crop protection and subject knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in relevant sectors such as agro-based firms (including agro-processing, seed production, GM crops) or pest control.

  • Meet monthly sales and collection targets and objectives for the territory as outlined in the budget.
  • Regularly update your supervisor on any relevant information, suggestions, or criticisms regarding the territory's activities.
  • Manage credit customers effectively to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Submit all scheduled reports, approval applications, and expense bills promptly.
  • Develop a strong network within the trading and farming sectors.
  • Conduct promotional activities to improve market presence.

Mr. Habib is a very well-known figure in the pesticide industry. Now he is responsible for every activity of this company.
