  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1 year of experience in Software/IT Sales & Marketing will be given preference.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, and enterprise business applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings across Bangladesh.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about building a career in software sales.
  • Experience in B2B Software Sales will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and SEO, is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM tools for lead management and sales tracking will be an added advantage.
  • An existing corporate client network will be considered an added advantage.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Marketing & Sales Executive (Software) to expand our presence in the Bangladesh market by promoting our software solutions and building long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the local market through prospecting, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct client meetings, software demonstrations, and presentations to showcase AgamiSoft's products and services.
  • Promote and sell ERP, POS, HRM, CRM, eCommerce, Mobile Applications, AI Solutions, and Custom Software Development services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and SME clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations, and follow up with prospects until successful deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, customer information, and activity reports using CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate business leads.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management.

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Software Sales, IT Sales, or Technology Marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of software products, SaaS solutions, and enterprise business applications.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings across Bangladesh.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales goals.
  • Experience in B2B Software Sales will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and SEO, is preferred.
