Responsibilities & Context

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, engine, and electrical issues in agricultural machinery.

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and scheduled servicing.

Provide on-site technical support and emergency repair services.

Replace defective parts and ensure proper machinery performance.

Maintain service records, repair reports, and spare parts documentation.

Guide customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety.

Coordinate with service and spare parts teams for timely repairs.

Support machinery installation, commissioning, and operator training.
