  • Bachelor/Honors, in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed university.

  • Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, and Ansys for 2D and 3D design and simulation.
  • Experience in structural design, mold design, and tool room operations will be preferred.
  • Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of machine design principles and concepts.
  • Familiarity with actuators, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems used in machine manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve design challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
  • Prior experience in electrical and home appliances is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Generate concepts, conduct engineering analysis, create detailed designs, and validate the design of blenders and mixer grinders.
  • Serve as the structural designer for blenders and mixer grinders.
  • Develop concepts and design moldable parts using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Ansys, or equivalent).
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, validating them through simulations with CAD tools.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative designs that fulfill project requirements.
  • Perform design calculations, simulations, and analyses using appropriate software tools.
  • Ensure all design work complies with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Generate comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
  • Continuously research and implement new design techniques, software updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Confirm the certification of structural parts and ensure design registration and patent protection.
