- Proven Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce marketing.
- Mentorship Skills: Prior experience in mentoring junior to mid-level marketers.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Analytical Thinker: Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively mentor and guide a team member.
- Knowledge of Fashion Industry (preferred): Familiarity with fashion brand marketing trends will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with performance tools like Hotjar, UTM tracking, and advanced retargeting strategies.
- Up-to-date with global digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities & Context
Mentorship and Skill Development:
- Provide structured weekly guidance to the Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Assist in developing advanced skills in ads campaign management, paid ads optimization, content strategy, and data analytics.
- Share up-to-date best practices, tools, and industry trends.
SEO Strategy Oversight:
- Review and refine current SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Provide actionable feedback on keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
Ads Campaign Optimization:
- Analyze and suggest improvements for ongoing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other social campaigns.
- Train on advanced ad targeting, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ROI optimization.
- Introduce innovative ad strategies to stay ahead of trends in fashion marketing.
Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
- Guide in setting up and analyzing KPIs for SEO, Social Media Ads, and website performance.
- Offer direction on leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Help interpret insights and recommend data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
Content Marketing Advisory:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align ad content, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Share insights on creating visually engaging and conversion-driven content.
Budget Management Recommendations:
- Guide the Specialist in managing digital ad spend to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
Strategic Input and Innovation:
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks.
- Recommend innovative strategies to scale Orcasta's digital growth both locally and internationally.
