  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills.
  • Good leadership and commitment to a safe working environment ensuring workplace health and safety initiatives.
  • Clinical skills in emergency medicine, intensive care are required.
  • Competency in advanced life support skills.
  • Conversant with MS-Office.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Employee Health & Medical Checkups
  • Perform periodic health checkups for all workers and staff.
  • Conduct pre-employment health checkups during the recruitment process.
  • Prescribe medication and provide medical advice to employees visiting the medical center.
  • 2. Emergency Care & First Aid
  • Administer first aid to emergency patients for workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Refer serious cases to specialized hospitals with proper documentation and factory management notification.
  • Maintain medical supplies and ensure immediate response to medical emergencies.
  • 3. Health & Safety Monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records of illnesses, injuries, and accidents.
  • Analyze medical records to identify and minimize health risks in the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • 4. Workplace Health & Hygiene Programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Conduct health awareness and training programs for employees on hygiene, disease prevention, and workplace safety.
  • Collaborate with factory management to improve occupational health standards.
