  • The applicant should have working experience in Garments/ Medical sector.
  • Well experienced in working as a Doctor in Hospital with emergency settings.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure the day-to-day medical support functions at the factory, including patient consultations and effective pre- and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain complete and accurate medical records to ensure professional and thorough follow-up.
  • Verify age accurately as part of the recruitment process.
  • Initiate emergency treatment, stabilize patients, and ensure adequate patient monitoring in the medical room.
  • Ensure compliance with standard regulations, company policies, and medical protocols.
  • Manage the transfer of sick patients to the hospital, ensuring safe handover and proper care.
  • Maintain excellent infection control standards throughout the factory.
  • Keep and monitor daily treatment records, including sickness reports, monthly disease analysis, medicine in-out register, and other related documentation.
  • Provide regular follow-up care for pregnancy and child health, discussing any health concerns with employees.
  • Conduct training programs on First Aid, PPE usage, health, and safety issues, etc.
  • Ensure eye tests are conducted for quality controllers.
  • Issue fitness certificates for sick employees.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
