Age: Minimum 18 years.
Experience: 1–2 years working in reputable NGOs, project monitoring & development, or healthcare services. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, online communication, and web browsing.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates from CMU (Chittagong Medical University) or DMU (Dhaka Medical University) backgrounds are preferred.
Leadership & Management:
Lead, guide, and manage the Health Centre in line with organizational policies and strategic direction.
Staff Supervision & Instruction:
Provide clear instructions to all health center staff to ensure job responsibilities are performed according to company policy and standards.
Patient Care:
Deliver appropriate medical treatment using professional expertise and sound clinical judgment.
Health Centre Development:
Take initiative in developing new ideas and implementing strategies to make the Health Centre operationally self-sufficient.
Outreach Activities:
Organize satellite clinics and special health camps within the Health Centre’s service area to expand community outreach.
Team Support & Guidance:
Provide technical and operational guidance to Medical Assistants, Paramedics, Lab Technologists, and Health Assistants.
Policy & Compliance Oversight:
Ensure full implementation of organizational policies, maintain discipline, and enforce rules and regulations within the Health Centre.
Planning & Documentation:
Prepare both short-term and long-term plans for health center development and ensure accurate documentation as per directives from higher management.
Health Information Systems:
Operate and manage Health Management Software to maintain records, reporting, and data analysis.
Other Duties:
Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the higher authority.
