Experience
Oversee all health and safety protocols within the factory and conduct regular medical checkups for employees.
Provide immediate healthcare and first aid to employees in emergency situations and, if necessary, coordinate referrals to nearby specialized hospitals, keeping factory management informed.
Address employee health concerns by reviewing medical history, conducting diagnoses and treatments, offering counseling, and arranging referrals when required.
Perform routine health screenings, including checks for blood pressure, sugar levels, weight, and body temperature, to identify early signs of potential health issues.
Collaborate with the HR department to conduct medical examinations for newly joined employees.
Instruct and guide responsible staff on the proper use and maintenance of the First Aid Box, including the purpose and dosage of medications.
Maintain records of pregnant employees, ensure periodic health monitoring, and assess workplace safety conditions for their well-being.
Organize health awareness programs focused on hygiene and occupational safety to educate the workforce.
Verify necessary documents and recommend maternity leave in accordance with company policy.
Prepare and maintain health and safety compliance reports and documents for internal and external audits.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by senior management.
