Medical Officer (Female)

Deliver primary medical consultation and treatment to employees and workers.

Provide immediate medical attention for workplace injuries, accidents, and emergencies.

Conduct regular health check-ups and ensure proper maintenance of employees’ medical records.

Administer first aid and provide necessary healthcare support during emergency situations.

Monitor workplace health, hygiene, occupational health, and safety-related concerns.

Counsel employees on illnesses, medication, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and specialist physicians when further medical care is required.

Monitor medicine inventory and ensure medical equipment is properly maintained at the medical center.

Prepare medical reports and maintain relevant registers, records, and documentation.

Contribute to the organization’s occupational health and employee welfare initiatives.

Carry out other medical and health-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
