The organization is currently recruiting Male Medical Officers for Emergency services and Female Medical Officers for IPD (In-Patient Department). Selected candidates will be expected to provide professional clinical care, follow hospital policies and SOPs, and maintain high standards of patient service.

Job Responsibilities

Emergency Medical Officer (Male)

• Provide prompt and effective medical care to critically ill and emergency patients, including appropriate management of life-threatening conditions.

• Evaluate laboratory reports, review prescriptions, and support the development and implementation of appropriate treatment plans.

• Assist with operational responsibilities such as duty roster preparation and billing-related activities when required.

• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, safety requirements, hospital policies, and clinical protocols.

• Identify patient-care challenges, report them to senior management, and recommend practical solutions.

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records, medical charts, reports, and other clinical documentation.

• Guide and supervise junior medical and healthcare staff while supporting their professional development.

• Address and resolve patient or attendant concerns related to treatment and healthcare services in a professional manner.

IPD Medical Officer (Female)

• Support consultants in assessing admitted patients and implementing prescribed treatment plans effectively.

• Provide necessary clinical guidance to nurses and healthcare assistants to ensure proper patient care.

• Monitor patients’ clinical progress, evaluate diagnostic reports, and recommend treatment adjustments or patient transfers when clinically appropriate.

• Ensure strict adherence to hospital SOPs and identify opportunities to improve patient-care services and treatment processes.

• Maintain accurate patient charts, progress notes, medical records, and other required clinical documentation.

• Remain ready to provide immediate medical assistance during emergencies within the ward.

• Coordinate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper implementation of clinical instructions and continuity of patient care.

• Communicate respectfully and compassionately with patients and their family members while maintaining professional standards of service.
