  • Have sound knowledge about the government rules and regulations.
  • Must have knowledge in Medical equipment/machinery and office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 

Responsibilities & Context

  • Perform a wide range of routine and specialized tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, and more.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and storage of laboratory equipment, reagents, and related resources.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of laboratory supplies and track resource usage.
  • Keep precise records of technical services and test results.
  • Submit comprehensive service reports to the appropriate departmental authorities.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Perform diagnostic tests with accuracy and reliability.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to provide effective testing and result interpretation.
  • Participate in quality control procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Stay updated on advancements in medical technology and laboratory procedures.
  • Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory procedures and equipment.
  • Handle specimen collection, processing, and storage with great care and precision.
  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the relevant authorities.
