  • Educational Background: Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in retail pharmacy, sales, or customer service; experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and inventory management software.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Drive Sales of Pharmaceutical and Health Products: Professionally promote and sell a range of pharmaceutical products and health-related items to meet customer needs.
  • Customer Assistance and Product Knowledge: Offer accurate product information, recommendations, and solutions based on individual customer requirements.
  • Build and Maintain Healthcare Provider Relationships: Develop strong connections with healthcare providers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the product lineup.
  • Daily Sales Operations Management: Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain an accurate register balance for seamless daily sales operations.
  • Inventory Monitoring and Restocking Coordination: Track stock levels, support inventory management, and coordinate restocking efforts to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Achieve Sales Goals and Report Performance: Meet sales targets set by management and provide daily reports on sales performance.
