Responsibilities & Context

  • Take full responsibility for following up on all types of sample developments and production.
  • Chase buyers for proto/development comments and feedback.
  • Assist the SCM team in sourcing trims and accessories according to required standards.
  • Obtain approval for trims and accessories from the customer.
  • Communicate with factories regarding lab dips, yarn, knitting, and proto submissions, ensuring adherence to set timelines.
  • Arrange PP (Pre-Production) sample accessories and proceed with PP samples based on feedback.
  • Book yarn, accessories, and fabric.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely in-house delivery of trims and accessories according to the TNA (Time and Action) plan.
  • Ensure production follows the approved T&A (Time and Action) plan.
  • Facilitate smooth communication with buyers and suppliers regarding day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
  • Organize and participate in PP meetings.
  • Prepare initial costing.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the team and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients via email and phone to ensure strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
