Additional Requirements


  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in Denim.
  • Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
  • Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Capable of managing Inditex buyers and handling factories independently.
  • Proficient in sourcing factories effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric development, wash techniques, trims, printing, embroidery, and related processes.
  • Solid understanding of costing and consumption calculations.
  • Ability to establish, monitor, and follow up on critical path/time and action plans to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with UK/European clients in a buying office.
  • Skilled in managing seasonal development processes will be an added advantage.
  • Strong capability in sourcing factories, fabrics, and trims independently.
  • Proven team player with leadership qualities to lead and inspire the team.
  • Experience in business development and sourcing.
  • Ability to manage and expand business with existing clients.
  • Proficient in developing new business opportunities, clients, and products.
  • In-depth knowledge of denim costing.
  • Provide technical support to the product development and production teams.
  • Ensure all aspects of technical pre-production work, particularly maintaining fit integrity of approval samples and ensuring product quality throughout bulk production.
