Responsibilities & Context

  • Order Management & Production Coordination
  • Receive and thoroughly review customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Communicate order requirements to the production team, ensuring alignment with buyer expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, sourcing, planning, and logistics to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and proactively address any issues that arise during the production cycle to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Costing & Pricing
  • Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to determine product costs, including raw materials, trims, labor, and overheads for denim garments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop strategic pricing that meets both client expectations and internal profit margins.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
  • Sample & Trim Management
  • Organize and manage all sample submissions, including gold, black, fit samples, and trim bookings, in line with customer requirements and TNA (Time and Action) calendars.
  • Arrange materials and order breakdowns to facilitate the timely development of multiple sample sets as per customer timelines.
  • Oversee sample development progress in coordination with production and ensure swift, high-quality sample deliveries.
  • Client Communication & Account Handling
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with assigned clients to manage expectations and build strong working relationships.
  • Serve as the point of contact for buyers, participating in meetings, negotiating deals, and finalizing contracts with reporting managers.
  • Manage assigned buyer accounts and provide routine updates on order status, production follow-ups, costing, and deliveries.
  • Planning & Execution
  • Collaborate with the planning team to determine the order of execution and delivery timelines for production lines.
  • Ensure all activities follow ethical business practices, aligning with company standards, buyer compliance, and organizational value
