Responsibilities & Context

  • Forecast order placement timelines and volumes based on communication with customers for woven items.
  • Analyze risks and critical paths through meetings with production teams and customers.
  • Follow up on obtaining packing list approvals from customers.
  • Log sample requests with the sample room for all sample types except production-related samples.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving production and shipment issues for smooth delivery.
  • Monitor and follow up on bookings for fabric, lining, fusing greige, and other materials.
  • Check production progress against delivery schedules and update the status in the M&S system.
  • Prepare all required documents and approvals for handing over files to the Supply Chain team for execution.
  • Track production against raw material flow to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Settle liabilities with customers and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare bulk Time and Action (TNA) plans and offers to facilitate PCCR/PO approval from customers.
