Responsibilities & Context
- Manage merchandising activities from order confirmation to shipment for woven products.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Forecast order volume and placement based on customer communication.
- Monitor production progress, critical paths, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, fabric booking, packing list approval, and raw material flow.
- Prepare bulk TNA, production documents, and hand over complete files to the Supply Chain team.
- Update order status in the M&S system and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
- Resolve production and shipment-related issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Perform any other merchandising duties assigned by management.
