Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor and follow up on assigned styles throughout the production process.
  • Ensure timely placement of materials, trims, and accessories, and track supply status.
  • Stay alert to shortages and excesses for each order and take proactive measures.
  • Manage the allocation and deallocation of materials within consumption limits.
  • Prepare trim cards and distribute them to the relevant departments.
  • Track fabric and accessories in-house, maintaining a style checklist for each stage of receiving and issuing.
  • Handle buyer correspondence, including costing, order confirmation, and pre-production meetings.
  • Verify buyer purchase orders (POs) and review Work in Progress (WIP) and Critical Path (CP) updates with buyers.
  • Oversee production follow-up, including Greige and Snap reconciliation.
  • Conduct material status reviews with respective teams.
  • Manage style entry and item creation for critical styles.
  • Review material delivery schedules and align them with the production output plan.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and secure working environment.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Maintain quality policies, objectives, and ISO requirements to ensure compliance.
