• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of daily team operations and workloads, ensuring workflow routines are consistently followed.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed to address challenges effectively.
• Ensure seasonal capacity planning and development align with long-term strategic action plans.
• Manage and deliver all required items to concerned parties or buyers, including development samples, counter samples, size sets, PP (pre-production) samples, seal samples, fabrics, trims, etc.
• Demonstrate expertise in interpreting tech packs, technical sheets, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and packing teams to monitor daily figures and ensure timely final shipments.
• Address issues related to non-supplied, damaged goods, under/over orders, and review inventories, quality, and reorders as needed.
• Set and coordinate team goals to align with broader supply chain objectives.
• Review and verify purchase orders, internal orders, and costing sheets.
• Independently handle communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously seek improvements in pricing, quality, and lead times.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure accurate shipping documents, shipment advice, and payments.
• Source fabrics and accessories locally and internationally, maintaining in-depth knowledge of all fabric and accessory types.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the appropriate authority.
• Maintain and share all necessary reports with management on a regular basis.
• Uphold transparency, ethics, and professionalism, always acting in the company’s best interest in daily routines and business relationships.
• Monitor production progress according to the approved T&A plan and attend pre-production (PP) meetings.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding raw materials, approvals, bookings, and deliveries.
• Oversee and follow up on fabric and accessories bookings.
• Ensure the quality of fabric, washing, printing, embroidery, samples, and garment construction.
• Monitor production status and address any discrepancies.
• Serve as a role model, fostering a positive working environment and promoting teamwork.
