• Ensure all customer emails are responded to within 24 hours, with prompt actions taken on each request.
• Analyze customer progress reports, assessing growth, challenges, product range, and pricing; obtain customer feedback on orders and close orders with a clear understanding of costs and margins.
• Review new tech packs and developments to identify critical details, providing accurate information to the factory.
• Recommend suitable factories for specific products and participate in the factory selection process from the sampling stage.
• Track daily issues for each order and factory, promptly addressing any problems.
• Facilitate quick decision-making by involving the Team Manager or Quality Manager in critical issues.
• Lead pre-production meetings to ensure thorough preparation.
• Ensure all customer requirements are met in production, in alignment with customer tech packs.
• Recommend product or process changes to improve production efficiency for knitting, linking, or construction, without altering garment aesthetics.
• Verify that production and QC files are complete before transferring them to the QA department.
• Conduct production meetings with factories and the QA team as scheduled, and follow up on order progress with factories.
• Secure production space with factories in advance, maintaining an up-to-date capacity utilization chart.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with production, printing, and embroidery factories for future orders.
• Regularly evaluate factory performance, providing feedback to the Team Manager, and recommending solutions for factory-related issues.
• Source and develop new factories as needed, and introduce new products, yarns, and factories to the team.
• Uphold ethical standards and business practices, ensuring personal and team behavior aligns with organizational values.
