Merchandiser (Woven Shirt / Blouse)

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience working directly with customers and efficiently handling SMS (Salesman Sample) programs.

Strong technical knowledge of shirt/blouse construction and fabric/trims consumption.

Good understanding of testing procedures and chemical testing requirements for bulk production.

Sound knowledge of fabrics, accessories, washing, printing, embroidery, and related processes.

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Strong teamwork, commitment, and ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet browsing.

Manage orders from development to shipment, ensuring timely fabric and trims procurement.

Monitor bulk material lead times, POs, and ERP updates.

Follow up on samples, fabrics, trims, and approvals as per T&A.

Coordinate washing, printing, embroidery, and other value-added processes.

Review sketches and diagrams for accurate sample development.

Prepare and evaluate price quotations.
