Merchant Network Expansion & Agency Leadership

  • Spearheaded merchant acquisition strategies by managing two external onboarding agencies and a dedicated team of contractual personnel.

  • Targeted and secured high-potential merchants within strategic market clusters to accelerate business growth.

  • Pitch to prospective clients to boost transaction volumes and effectively converted leads from the call center, customer service, and regional branches.

  • Capitalized on existing merchant relationships to establish a robust referral network.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Conducted routine field visits and team evaluations to monitor progress and maintain consistent transaction momentum.

  • Mentored and driven the sales team toward surpassing both individual and collective performance targets.

  • Interfaced with cross-functional internal departments to ensure rapid resolution of merchant issues and maintain high service standards.

Transaction Growth & Marketing Initiatives

  • Designed and executed targeted promotional campaigns and localized market drives to enhance Nagad’s brand visibility and transaction metrics.

  • Partnered with trade marketing teams to optimize on-site branding and visibility at partner outlets.

  • Managed corporate gifting initiatives to foster loyalty among high-value merchant accounts.

KYC Compliance & Data Management

  • Overseen the end-to-end documentation and compliance process for mid-tier and commercial merchant categories.

  • Audited and verified KYC submissions from partner agencies to ensure strict adherence to onboarding protocols.

  • Maintained centralized tracking sheets to monitor Merchant Sales Officer (MSO) performance and onboarding data
