We are seeking a talented and experienced Meta/Facebook Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Facebook advertising strategies that elevate our clients' online presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid social media marketing, particularly on Facebook, with strong skills in content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive engagement and conversions.
Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to meet client business objectives, such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Design, launch, and oversee campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategy.
Ad Strategy Development:
- Create, implement, and monitor paid ad strategies tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and promotional content.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze ad performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed on market trends and integrate new strategies into campaigns.
Client Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign progress and performance.
- Prepare and deliver scheduled campaign performance reports, including metrics, ROI, and insights.
Optimization & Innovation:
- Propose and implement new strategies and creative ideas to optimize ad performance.
