Job Context:
Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Modern Trade Specialist to expand our presence in modern trade channels. The ideal candidate will ensure product placement, build strong partnerships, and maintain smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain regular contact with modern trade outlets (super shops, retail chains, online platforms) to ensure product placement and visibility.
Onboard new modern trade partners and facilitate smooth business operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term growth.
Negotiate shelf space, promotional activities, and commercial terms with partners.
Review product visibility, planogram compliance, shelf share, and expiries through market visits; report findings to management.
Monitor stock levels at outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team for uninterrupted product availability.
Assist in formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
Track sales performance and provide reports and insights to management.
Ensure timely product delivery in collaboration with distribution and logistics teams.
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka (with frequent visits to modern trade outlets).
