Applicants should have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) or data management—ideally within MNCH, family planning, or health systems programs. Must be willing to travel extensively within the designated district.
The Socio-Economic and Rural Advancement Association (SERAA) is a local, non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental development organization founded in 1997 by a group of dedicated social workers in Netrakona district. SERAA aims to enhance the socio-economic conditions of rural poor families—particularly the ultra-poor, marginalized, and distressed populations—with a special focus on children, adolescents, and women.
For over 27 years, the organization has been actively working to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged ethnic/tribal communities as well as other minority and majority groups, without any discrimination based on caste, creed, or religion. SERAA has established a strong reputation in the development sector through its initiatives in education, health and nutrition, environmental development, climate-resilient agriculture, and various consultancy services.
Project Title: Maternal, Newborn & Child Health and Nutrition (MNCH-N)
Project Area: 86 unions, 5 municipalities, and 10 upazilas of Netrakona District.
