Develop and manage comprehensive M&E systems that effectively monitor progress towards the project's goals.
Ensure data collection tools capture both quantitative and qualitative information, especially regarding civic education, youth empowerment, and community involvement.
Conduct routine field visits to monitor implementation, gather data, and identify areas needing improvement.
Provide timely and accurate feedback based on collected data, ensuring alignment with project targets.
Compile and present detailed progress updates, data analyses, and reports to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Carry out regular and special evaluations using both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess impact.
Evaluate the success of key activities, such as training and community action projects (CAPs), ensuring they meet project objectives.

Support regular performance reporting to maintain open communication with stakeholders.
Promote and uphold the organization’s safeguarding policies to protect children, youth, and vulnerable individuals involved in the project.
Immediately report any safeguarding concerns or incidents following organizational protocols.
Maintain professional conduct that fosters a secure and respectful environment for all participants and colleagues.
