Core Technical & Artistic Skills

✔ Expert-Level Color Sense: Strong understanding of color grading, LUTs, blending modes, visual composition, and color correction techniques.
✔ Visual Effects Analysis: Strong technical and analytical ability to break down complex photo and video effects into clear, reproducible steps.
✔ Motion & UI Design: Advanced skills in UI animation, app transitions, text animation, micro-interactions, and visual effects.
✔ Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; basic knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD.
✔ Motion Asset Creation: Ability to create engaging overlays, transition effects, promotional motion graphics, and optimized Lottie animations for mobile applications.
✔ Audio-Visual Editing: Proficiency in audio and video editing, including effectively synchronizing motion graphics with sound.
✔ Animation Techniques: Practical experience with 2D character animation, path animation, and shape animation.

Other Requirements

✔ Experience creating motion graphics or visual content for iOS applications will be highly preferred.
✔ Candidates with strong knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows and proven experience using AI tools for creative asset generation will receive additional preference.

We are seeking a highly creative, technically proficient, and passionate Motion Designer to join our growing iOS app development team. The primary responsibility will be to lead the creation of a comprehensive visual filter and effects library while serving as a bridge between creative design and technical implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong visual and analytical eye, with the ability to study complex trending effects from platforms such as CapCut and TikTok, break them down into their visual components, and identify the filters, color grading techniques, and technical layers required to recreate them.

In addition to visual effects, the role involves creating high-quality motion graphics, promotional videos, and engaging in-app animations that enhance user experience and strengthen brand identity. Key Responsibilities

Visual Effects & Filter Library — Primary Focus

✔ Reverse-Engineer Visual Effects: Analyze trending visual effects from platforms such as CapCut, TikTok, and similar applications to identify filters, color adjustments, effects, and technical layers required to recreate them.
✔ Guide Shader Engineers: Provide artistic direction and visual guidance to shader engineers, helping them translate creative concepts and color treatments into high-quality programmed effects.
✔ Build Visual Libraries: Lead the conceptualization, design, organization, and curation of a comprehensive in-house library of visual filters and effects.
✔ Create Innovative Effects: Take ownership of developing original and proprietary visual effects and filters for iOS applications.

Motion Graphics & App Animation

✔ Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
✔ Design smooth, modern, and engaging in-app animations for iOS mobile applications.
✔ Develop UI transitions, text animations, overlays, micro-interactions, and other visual effects.
✔ Produce promotional videos, app preview videos, and other motion assets for marketing campaigns and app store listings.
✔ Create and export optimized Lottie animations for mobile applications.
✔ Effectively utilize path animation and shape animation techniques to create engaging visual experiences.
✔ Develop motion assets that align with the application's visual identity, branding, and user experience.
✔ Incorporate typography, sound design, transitions, and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of motion content.
✔ Optimize animations for different mobile devices, screen sizes, resolutions, and performance requirements.

Workflow & Collaboration

✔ Utilize AI-assisted creative tools to generate assets, accelerate production workflows, and maintain efficient turnaround times.
✔ Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, App Developers, Shader Engineers, and Creative Team members to ensure effective implementation of visual concepts.
✔ Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting strict deadlines.
✔ Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, AI-powered creative tools, visual effects, and animation techniques to continuously improve the quality and innovation of app experiences.
