Additional Requirements


  • 1-3 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, with a portfolio that highlights your creativity and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, visual storytelling skills, and time management abilities.
  • Experience with 3D animation and modeling is a plus.
  • Experience with animation creation.
  • Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
  • Knowledge of educational technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scripting, storyboarding, and various digital platform content creation.
  • Understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and file delivery protocols.

Responsibilities & Context

Motion Graphics Design:

  • Design and animate captivating motion graphics, including animations, title sequences, lower thirds, and infographics for videos and digital content.
  • Create and animate visual elements such as intros, outros, transitions, and special effects to enhance video content.
  • Partner with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative motion graphics and storyboards.
  • Ensure motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project goals while collaborating with designers, producers, and other team members.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and techniques in motion graphics to continuously elevate design quality.

Video Editing:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that meets the creative vision and project requirements.
  • Integrate music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other audio elements to enhance video narratives.
  • Maintain visual coherence and smooth transitions in all edited videos.
  • Handle diverse video projects, including promotional content, explainer videos, commercials, social media assets, and corporate materials.
  • Experiment with and adopt new editing techniques and technologies to improve production quality.

Collaboration & Project Management:

  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered on time.
  • Maintain an organized library of motion graphics and video assets for efficient access and reuse in future projects.
