Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or marketing (preferably in the garments/accessories industry); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers regarding orders, inquiries, and complaints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients.
Respond promptly to customer queries and follow up on pending issues.
Receive, review, and accurately process customer purchase orders in the system.
Coordinate with planning, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution.
Track order status and proactively update customers on progress or delays.
Prepare and manage order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on order status, customer feedback, and delivery performance.
Liaise with production and QA/QC departments to ensure product quality and timely shipment.
Support marketing and product development teams by gathering customer feedback and market insights.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
