MTO/Executive, Retail & Corporate Sales

Age between 24 and 35 years.

Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Sales, Corporate Sales & Marketing, or Retail Stores/Shops will be given preference. Candidates with relevant experience may apply from any academic discipline.

Must be smart, confident, proactive, and self-motivated.

Strong ability to understand clients’ requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.

Capable of identifying prospective customers and building long-term, sustainable relationships.

Excellent price negotiation and bargaining skills.

Strong presence of mind with the ability to make effective and timely decisions.

Good analytical, presentation, communication, and customer-convincing skills.

Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills with the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English are highly desirable.

Must have basic computer knowledge along with proficiency in internet browsing and email communication.
