Experience

Must be capable of thoroughly reviewing and verifying land-related documents for accuracy and legal compliance.
Should have a strong understanding of land laws, registration procedures, and property rights.
Willing to travel to field sites and visit government offices as needed.
Experienced in managing and resolving land-related legal matters and disputes.
Skilled in negotiation, particularly in land pricing and contract terms with property sellers.
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ensure all land ownership records, title deeds, mutation certificates, and survey documents are regularly updated and properly maintained.
Provide regular updates to management on ongoing land-related activities.
Handle land dispute cases responsibly, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission of case details to the department head.
Attend court hearings on scheduled dates and ensure proper representation.
Deliver necessary documents to lawyers and courts for case proceedings.
Maintain close coordination with court officials to facilitate smooth case handling.
Continuously monitor case progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
