Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• Develop National Collection Plans: Design and execute comprehensive collection strategies across all regions to ensure timely and efficient receivable recovery. Work closely with teams in sales, finance, and operations to enhance collection processes.
• Monitor Collection Goals: Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets across regions. Generate and deliver collection performance reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Risk Management: Identify and address risks associated with delayed payments, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and banks, to support efficient collection operations.
• Process Optimization: Regularly review and refine collection processes by utilizing technology and data insights to boost efficiency and minimize collection cycle times. Recommend innovative tools and methods to improve cash collections.
