Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead a team of professionals in marketing and business development efforts targeting dealers, distributors, and retailers across the nation.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the market and effective communication strategies for engaging with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in product forecasting and analyzing competitors' strategies, movements, and data.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and establish new dealers and retailers nationwide to expand the business network.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
  • Display self-motivation and a proactive approach to enhancing overall sales and marketing performance.
  • Serve as a high-performing leader who aligns team efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide detailed reports on market progress, credit realization, and individual customer performance to drive informed decision-making.
  • Be prepared for frequent travel within assigned areas to meet business requirements.
