  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Food and Beverage, Consumer Products.
  • Must have the ability to recruit SR/SO, TSM, ASM ,New Depots, Dealers.
  • Applicants must have 10-12 years in marketing sector and must have 5 years experience in food section.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Recruitment & Team Expansion: Recruit Sales Representatives (SR), Sales Officers (SO), Territory Sales Managers (TSM), Area Sales Managers (ASM), new depots, and dealers to strengthen the sales team.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Training & Motivation: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to the sales team, enhancing their performance and professional development.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Regularly monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with key clients, including importers and exporters, to drive long-term growth.
  • Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Sales Target Setting & Forecasting: Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts for the entire division, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Action Plan Development: Create and implement action plans to meet or exceed sales goals, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead Generation & Deal Closing: Generate leads, close deals, and expand the company’s market presence in new and existing territories.
  • Market Penetration Strategy: Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s presence in untapped territories.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and build business relationships.
