We are seeking a National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead the sales and marketing operations of our company’s consumer products nationwide. The role focuses on executing strategic sales initiatives, strengthening distribution networks, and driving revenue growth while improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement sales and marketing plans across assigned regions in line with company objectives.
Lead, manage, and supervise the sales team (RSMs, TSMs, and SRs) to achieve sales and collection targets.
Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel, including RSMs and TSMs, to build strong team capabilities.
Approve, onboard, and monitor new dealers and distributors while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Oversee daily order collection and ensure timely revenue recovery across all regions.
Prepare and submit daily sales order reports, including at least two detailed order and delivery reports, to the Head of Sales or senior management.
Conduct daily review meetings with RSMs to assess orders, deliveries, collections, and operational challenges.
Provide continuous guidance, coaching, and motivation to the entire sales hierarchy (SR → TSM → RSM) to achieve company goals.
Conduct regular market visits, including daily visits to nearby markets and a minimum of eight field tour days per month, to monitor performance and identify gaps.
Monitor competitor activities, collect market intelligence, and share insights with management.
Analyze sales trends, identify operational challenges, and propose practical solutions for improvement.
Ensure strict follow-up with RSMs and TSMs to achieve timely collections and sales targets.
Generate new sales initiatives and collaborate with regional teams for effective execution in the field.
