Additional Requirements


  • B.Sc. in CSE/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent and relevant engineering degree from reputed local or foreign university.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working Data Centre environment as Network Administrator managing Enterprise Network devices.
  • CCNP Certified on Cisco Switching and Routing will be preferred.
  • Certification on Enterprise Network Security Appliances (Palo Alto/Sophos/Cisco) would be preferable.
  • Have strong knowledge on Networking and Data Communication with detailed knowledge on various networking protocols such as VLAN, STP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VRRP, GRE Tunnel, IPSEC Tunnel etc.
  • Hands on experience on NGF (Cisco FTD, Cisco ASA, Sophos, Palo Alto)
  • Hands on experience on (Cisco Catalyst Switch, Cisco Nexus)
  • Have hands on working experience with SDN and SDWAN.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Network Management & Support
  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN), ensuring maximum uptime.
  • Communicate with Internet and Connectivity Service Providers regarding connectivity issues and outages.
  • Analyze and resolve end-user network-related problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide end-user training on network-related issues as necessary.
  • Network Design & Performance
  • Participate in the planning, development, and installation of network hardware, software, and communication links.
  • Oversee the design and architecture of the network, ensuring it supports organizational growth and scalability.
  • Monitor network performance, stability, and activity, and provide recommendations for necessary upgrades or improvements.
  • Network Security & Availability
  • Ensure security and availability of the network, including both active and passive network devices.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the network and propose measures to mitigate them.
  • Maintain optimal network service quality to meet business requirements and service-level objectives.
  • Documentation & Collaboration
  • Work with the IT Support Team to create network procedures and documentation for operational efficiency.
  • Train staff on network-related processes and procedures as needed.
  • Document all network configurations, changes, and issues for future reference.
