• Pre-Production Meeting & Inspections:
• Arrange pre-production meetings and conduct initial inspections based on style, PO, and color.
• Perform daily inline inspections during sewing and finishing, ensuring compliance with style, PO, and color requirements.
• Conduct pre-final inspections before the final inspection.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Communicate effectively with H&M QC, merchandisers, and the technical team to ensure alignment on all quality-related matters.
• Ensure all H&M requirements are followed in every aspect, including fabric, store, cutting, sewing, and finishing.
• Shipment and Inspection Follow-Up:
• Follow up on the shipment plan based on the TOD (Time of Delivery) schedule.
• Maintain all H&M QC documents, including initial, inline, and final inspections, and send PO-wise reports to the H&M office.
• Data Management & Updates:
• Daily update of inspection data and tools after each inspection.
• Coordinate with the factory’s merchandiser, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Defect Criteria Knowledge:
• Have a good understanding of DCL (Defect Criteria Level), including major, minor, and critical defects.
• Compliance and Work Environment:
• Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and buyer specifications, while maintaining a proper work environment in the factory.
• Authority and Reporting:
• Adhere to the commands and guidelines provided by higher authorities in the organization.
